Phoebus offers custom device fabrication for prototypes and small batch manufacturing.  Our Fabrication Engineer has over 15 years fabrication experience and is fully trained and stationed at the Cornell NanoScale Facility (CNF) in Ithaca, NY.  Phoebus can perform fabrication using the tools at the CNF, The Nano-Bio-Technology Center at Cornell University, the resources of the Center for Metamaterials at Clarkson University and the University of North Carolina-Charlotte.
